Police in the city of Troy are investigating 4 suspicious deaths in a basement apartment at 158 2nd Avenue in the city, so far, no arrests have been announced, the names of the deceased have not been released & the investigation is continuing.
Delaware County Sheriff Deputy’s arrested Joseph Schmierer of Delhi on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Sidney Court for the charges of Making a Terrorist Threat, Assault, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, & Criminal Contempt of the Legislature. Schmierer was arraigned in the Town of Sidney and was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 secured bond.
25-year old Danielle Agosto of Endicott faces several charges, for allegedly fracturing the skull of a 3 year old. Agosto was charged with assault & Endangering the welfare of a child for the attack that occured in October. Agosto is being held in the Broome County Jail.
28-year old Robert Mikulski of Endicott was arrested on Saturday on robbery and drug charges, after he allegedly tried to rob Matt's Barber shop located in Endicott Saturday afternoon. Mikulski was taken into custody a few blocks away after fleeing on foot, he was found to possess methamphetamine and heroin. Mikulski was arraigned & was sent to the Broome County Jail pending additional court action.
The State Department of Labor today released preliminary local unemployment rates for November. The State’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate decreased to 4.7% in November 2017. Locally, Chenango County increased to 5.4%, Delaware County's rate was 5.3% & Otsego County increased to 5% in November.
New York will require all animal shelters and rescues to check stray and abandoned animals for microchips. The measure was signed into law by Governor Cuomo recently, it will take effect in March of next year. The new law also requires shelters and rescues to make an effort to notify the animal’s human companion within 24 hours if they successfully identify the person through the information on the microchip.
An American Red Cross Blood drive is being held today in Broome County, in honor of Trooper Christopher Skinner, who was fatally hit by a car during a traffic stop on I-81 in 2014. The Blood drives for the general public will be held today from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 PM, at the 5 Mile Point Fire Company in Kirkwood, the Binghamton State Office Building on Hawley Street & a Blood drive for State Troopers and their families will be held at the Trooper Barracks in Kirkwood. The Broome County legislature is expected to vote today on the proposal to turn the former Broome Developmental Center into an Opioid Crisis center operated by a Syracuse Healthcare group. The center could be open as soon as next month, and could treat up to 3200 patients suffering from Opioid Addictions.

25-year-old Joshua Underwood has notified Otsego County Court that he is planning to withdraw his guilty plea from last month, for the murder of Mark Morrison in his Oneonta Apartment at 229 Main Street on January 1st. Underwood will be assigned a new attorney & he will be back in Otsego County court in January.
Several fire departments responded Monday night to a fire in a warehouse at Don's Dairy Supply in South Kortright. Various chemicals were stored in the building, which contributed to the intensity of the fire, 4 fire fighters & business owner Don Coager were treated for smoke inhalation, the cause of the fire is under investigation.
The State Attorney General's office & The State Department of Taxation and Finance announced the arrest of 52 year old Robert Niederriter of Kirkwood, on 6 felony charges for allegedly failing to accurately report all taxable sales and remit over $59,000 in sales tax collected at his former business, the Buffalo Head Bar & Grill in Conklin, June 2011 through 2015. Niederriter is accused of underreported total sales by $747,362.56 and failed to remit $59,789 in sales taxes. he was arraigned this morning in Windsor Town Court for 2nd degree Grand Larceny, 4 counts of Criminal Tax Fraud, & 1 count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing. Niederriter was released in his own recognizance.
State Police & Emergency crews from Sidney & Unadilla responded to a 2-car accident with injuries at Tryons Corners today. The accident occurred at around 12:00 Noon, with front-end damage reported on both vehicles, and at least 2 injuries were reported, one person was taken to Fox HOsiptal in Oneonta, another wwas taken to Wilson Hospital in Johnson City with non-life threatening injuries, the investigation by state police is continuing.
The State Police CNET unit arrested 6 people for allegedly operating a Methamphetamines manufacturing outfit at a home in the Town of Cortlandville Monday. Numerous components used in the manufacturing of methamphetamines were discovered & were removed by the State Police hazardous materials unit, All 6 defendants were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawfully Manufacturing Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Disposal of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Materials; they were arraigned and were remanded to the Cortland County Jail without bail.
Chenango County Sheriff's Department arrested 35 year old Robert Miller of Pitcher for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance & 27 year old Lyndsey Cook of Pitcher for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. A search warrant was issued by Chenango County Court Judge Frank Revoir Jr. following an investigation into the sale and possession of Methamphetamine in Chenango County. Miller was arraigned in the Town of Pitcher Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $30,000 cash bail,
Schoharie County Sheriff’s department announced that 77 year old Carl Weaver of the Town Of Seward was found deceased in a heavily wooded area Tuesday Afternoon. Hundreds of volunteers on foot as well as helicopter & drone patrols searched for Weaver, who was reported missing after he failed to return from a hunting trip, his vehicle was found several days later. The sheriff's department said that there was no sign of foul play, weaver was still in possession of his gun, his body was found in the town of Harpersfield in Delaware County.
Delaware County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged 28 year old Michael Schermerhorn of Sidney for one count of Assault and one count of Criminal Mischief, following an incident in the Delaware County Jail where a Corrections Officer was assaulted while performing a cell extraction of Schermerhorn regarding unruly behavior and failing to follow the direct orders of staff. Schermerhorn was arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court and returned to the Delaware County Correctional Facility without bail pending further court action.

Tomorrow is Election Day, with many local town & city races of importance to be decided by voters. All voters Statewide will decide on propositions, which will be on the back of the ballots, to decide if a constitutional convention should be convened to overhaul state government, if politicians convicted of corruption should lose their pensions, and if forest land in the Adirondacks and Catskills can be used for widened roads and bicycle paths. Key Chenango County races include the Oxford town supervisor’s race between Canice Paliotta vs. incumbent Lawrence Wilcox, the Norwich town council race has 4 candidates for 2 positions, between Debra Cubbedge, Barbara Collins, Stanley Foulds & David law. For the Otselic town supervisor position, Marjorie Davis & John Myers are on the ballot. In Delaware County; For Town of Sidney Supervisor; incumbent Gene Pigford faces Bill Heath, & there are 4 Town board candidates for 2 seats, candidates on the ballot are Pete Cordes, Dan Cristelli, Frank Selleck & John Woodyshek, however Woodyshek announced that he is NOT seeking re-election. in the Town of Franklin Board there are 2 open seats with 3 candidates: Patricia Tyrell, David Grant & Garrett Sitts. Governor Cuomo today announced a statewide effort to prepare for the upcoming winter season, which includes the addition of more than 100 snow fighting vehicles to help clear roadways and highways. The DOT has acquired 44 new Two-Stage Plows that clear snow and ice from the roads more efficiently, with a 2nd plow located directly behind the main plow blade, removing more snow at a time, and allow for reduced road salt usage. Otsego County Farmers will have 2 opportunities to drop off used agricultural film plastic for recycling under a special program offered by the County Solid Waste Department, the County Soil & Water Conservation District, Otsego County Conservation Association, and Casella Waste Solutions. Collection dates are this Saturday, November 11, at the Southern Transfer Station in Oneonta, and Thursday, November 16 at the Northern Transfer Station in Cooperstown, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. both days. Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 23-year-old Gary Goslee of New Milford, Connecticut, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, following a traffic stop for speeding on State Highway 17 in the Town of Hancock. Goslee was arraigned & was later released on $500 cash bail, and scheduled to appear in the Town of Hancock Court at a later date for further court proceedings.
36 year old Jennifer Grenchus of Vestal pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in Broome County Court on Friday. Grenchus was impaired by drugs on April 24th, when police responded to the parking lot of Tom's Cards and Gifts at 184 Main Street in Binghamton where they found that Grenchus hit 47 year old Ronald Richardson of Binghamton along Main Street and dragged his body underneath for several yards, before she turned into Tom's parking lot, Richardson died at the scene. Grenchus will be sentenced February 6.
State Police arrested 35 year old Bobby Goss Jr. of Stamford, for Criminal Mischief after troopers responded to the report of a dispute in the parking lot at the Deer Path Restaurant on State Route 8, in the Town of Columbus. Goss is accused of purposely driving his pickup truck into a woman’s SUV, following an argument inside, he also caused damage to a 3rd vehicle parked next to the woman’s vehicle. Goss was arraigned in the Village of Sherburne Court and was released on his own recognize. His next court date in the Town of Columbus is pending.
Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 31 year old Johnny Moxham of Delhi for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the Village of Delhi. Moxham is accused of possessing heroin while driving without a license as well as operating a vehicle with a loud exhaust & an unsafe tire. Moxham was released on tickets returnable to Delhi Town Court at a later date.

Oneonta Police Detectives arrested a 52- year-old man from New Rochelle Thursday afternoon following a 2-month investigation into narcotics trafficking. Search warrants were obtained for the suspect's person and for an 85 Ford Avenue. The suspect was transported to the City's Public Safety Building. A 2nd warrant was served that permitted officers to conduct a body search, the suspect became combative, officers observed that the suspect placed a substance believed to be cocaine in his mouth, which was swallowed after a struggle with 4 officers. EMT’s responded, the suspect was taken to Fox Hospital in Oneonta, where he died at 7:40 PM. The body was taken to Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton for an autopsy and toxicology screening. The suspect's name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The incident remains under investigation by the Oneonta Police Department under the supervision of the Otsego County District Attorney's Office.
Officials at SUNY Broome have confirmed that freshman Miranda Gifford of Rome, has died from injuries she sustained in a car crash on State Route 12 in Oxford Monday. The Chenango County Sheriff's Office said Gifford veered in to oncoming traffic around 12:00 noon & struck a truck operated by Danny Hall of Barton. Gifford was extricated from her vehicle and airlifted to University Hospital in Syracuse, where she died Wednesday afternoon. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Gifford was enrolled at SUNY Broome, they are offering counseling for students affected by Gifford’s death.
The Houston Astros are sending several items to the National Baseball Hall of Fame & museum, that were used their World Series championship. Artifacts donated by the Astros following Game 7 includes a Glove used by Astros third baseman Alex Bregman, a Jersey worn by Astros pitcher Justin Verlander in Game 6 & a Cap worn by Astros pitcher Charlie Morton in Game 7. The artifacts will be featured in the Autumn Glory exhibit, which will be on exhibit through the 2018 Postseason.
The Village of Oxford Mayor Terry Stark has officially proclaimed November as “Oxford Recycles Month.” to coincide with the state’s “NY Recycles” and the national “America Recycles Day” held every year on November 15th. Mayor Stark calls upon the people of the Village of Oxford to observe November with appropriate programs and activities. Oxford Academy will be spreading the message of recycling with students during “Oxford Recycles Month.”

Officials at SUNY Broome have confirmed that freshman Miranda Gifford of Rome, has died from injuries she sustained in a car crash on State Route 12 in Oxford Monday. The Chenango County Sheriff's Office said Gifford veered in to oncoming traffic around 12:00 noon & struck a truck operated by Danny Hall of Barton. Gifford was extricated from her vehicle and airlifted to University Hospital in Syracuse, where she died Wednesday afternoon. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Gifford was enrolled at SUNY Broome, they are offering counseling for students affected by Gifford’s death.
The Houston Astros are sending several items to the National Baseball Hall of Fame & museum, that were used their World Series championship. Artifacts donated by the Astros following Game 7 includes a Glove used by Astros third baseman Alex Bregman, a Jersey worn by Astros pitcher Justin Verlander in Game 6 & a Cap worn by Astros pitcher Charlie Morton in Game 7. The artifacts will be featured in the Autumn Glory exhibit, which will be on exhibit through the 2018 Postseason.
The Village of Oxford Mayor Terry Stark has officially proclaimed November as “Oxford Recycles Month.” to coincide with the state’s “NY Recycles” and the national “America Recycles Day” held every year on November 15th. Casey Callahan was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison In Otsego County Court today, for the murder of his wife Elizabeth in 2000. Pennsylvania. An Otsego County jury convicted Callahan of 2nd degree murder recently, for running over his wife with an 18-wheeler at a gas station on Route 17 in Pennsylvania; the case was tried in New York as prosecutors said that Callahan plotted to murder his wife in Otsego County.
Governor Cuomo activated the State Emergency Operations Center and has directed all state agencies to take precautionary measures and mobilize personnel in order to monitor and prepare for severe weather. Representatives from Homeland Security and Emergency Services, Office of Emergency Management, plus the DOT, DEC, State Police & many others have all been direct to immediately report to the Emergency Operations Center following the activation.
State Police arrested 28-Year-old Philip Dionisio of Mamaroneck early Sunday Morning for Felony DWI and other traffic violations. Troopers responded to a report of a car in a ditch off of Newton Town Road, in the Town of Bainbridge, Dionisio is accused of Driving while Intoxicated when he drove into a ditch; the arrest is a felony due to a prior DWI conviction. Dionisio was arraigned in the Town of Afton Court and was remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 property bond.
As Daylight Savings Time comes to an end on November 5, the Firemen’s Association of the State of New York urges all citizens to check their smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to ensure their homes are properly prepared for an emergency. Alarms equipped with either removable or sealed-in batteries both need to be tested. Removable batteries should be replaced, and sealed-in batteries should be checked to confirm they are functioning. Governor Cuomo signed a bill into law that will take effect in 2019 that will require all smoke alarms sold in New York State to be equipped with sealed-in, non-removable batteries that last for at least 10 years.
The State Legislature may be making a return trip to Albany in the coming weeks. Governor Cuomo said last week that the state is facing a 4 billion dollar deficit in the budget that could require legislative action.

State Police at Oneonta arrested 43 year old Jason Wright of Oneonta, for Criminal Possession of a Firearm and Public Lewdness. Troopers responded to a report of a naked man exposing himself from an apartment on Chestnut Street, Wright is accused of exposing himself in a lewd manner while standing near a window, he was also found to unlawfully possess a handgun inside the apartment. Wright was arraigned in the Town of Oneonta Court and was remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 property bond.

The vehicle was searched after troopers detected the odor of Marijuana, with a passenger, Holt allegedly possessing over one pound of marihuana, plus hashish and hallucinogenic mushrooms. Holt was arraigned in the Town of Milford Court and was remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 property bond.

The New York State Preparedness Corps will conduct disaster preparedness training on Tuesday November 7th at the Sidney Public Library. The Training is free, & will cover how to prepare for a disaster, how to respond to one & how to recover as quickly as [possible. There will 2 sessions, one from 3:00 to 4:30 PM for senior citizens & another for the general public from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. The Tri County Senior Center & The Sidney United Way sponsors the Disaster Training, pre-registration is requested at 563-8065, or in person at the Senior Center.
Democratic Attorneys General from 17 states are calling on Congress to abandon NRA-backed legislation that would allow concealed-carry gun permits issued in one state to be valid in all states. The top prosecutors in states like New York, Pennsylvania and Iowa warn that reciprocity measures under consideration in Congress "will lead to the death of police officers and civilians, the proliferation of gun traffickers, and acts of terrorism" in a letter sent to congressional leaders.
Governor Cuomo and US Senator Charles Schumer are teaming up to denounce a tax overhaul proposal from Republicans in Washington that they say would hurt middle-class homeowners. They urge the state's Republican Congress members to oppose what they said is a partisan attempt to hurt big Democratic states such as New York and California. Republicans argue their plan would also increase the standard deduction and reduce business taxes in an effort to spur the economy. Negotiations over the proposal are continuing in Congress.
Governor Cuomo signed legislation to deliver health care benefits to volunteer firefighters who have been diagnosed with certain cancers. Currently, volunteer firefighters are eligible for accidental disability and death benefits through Workers' Compensation if they are injured in the line of duty. Under the bill, volunteer firefighters who contract lung, prostate, breast, lymphatic, urinary, neurological, melanoma & many other types of cancer will be automatically eligible for health benefits if: Upon entry to volunteer, a physical exam did not show any evidence of the cancers; Individuals have at least 5 years of service fighting structure fires; and the firefighter is currently active or has been within the last 5 years.
Heather Franklin was back in Chenango County Court Friday, she is facing charges along with her husband Ernest Franklin, for allegedly killing their adopted son Jeffrey on March 1st, and setting their home on fire to cover up the murder. The Franklins will be tried separately, in early 2018.
Governor Cuomo announced that $1.25 million in funding is available through two grant programs designed to assist farmers across the state. The New Farmers Grant Fund helps new and early-stage farmers, and the New York State Veterans Farmer Grant Fund supports farms owned and operated by military veterans. Democratic Attorneys General from 17 states are calling on Congress to abandon NRA-backed legislation that would allow concealed-carry gun permits issued in one state to be valid in all states. The top prosecutors in states like New York, Pennsylvania and Iowa warn that reciprocity measures under consideration in Congress "will lead to the death of police officers and civilians, the proliferation of gun traffickers, and acts of terrorism" in a letter sent to congressional leaders.
Governor Cuomo and US Senator Charles Schumer are teaming up to denounce a tax overhaul proposal from Republicans in Washington that they say would hurt middle-class homeowners. They urge the state's Republican Congress members to oppose what they said is a partisan attempt to hurt big Democratic states such as New York and California. Republicans argue their plan would also increase the standard deduction and reduce business taxes in an effort to spur the economy. Negotiations over the proposal are continuing in Congress.
Governor Cuomo signed legislation to deliver health care benefits to volunteer firefighters who have been diagnosed with certain cancers. Currently, volunteer firefighters are eligible for accidental disability and death benefits through Workers' Compensation if they are injured in the line of duty. Under the bill, volunteer firefighters who contract lung, prostate, breast, lymphatic, urinary, neurological, melanoma & many other types of cancer will be automatically eligible for health benefits if: Upon entry to volunteer, a physical exam did not show any evidence of the cancers; Individuals have at least 5 years of service fighting structure fires; and the firefighter is currently active or has been within the last 5 years.
Heather Franklin was back in Chenango County Court Friday, she is facing charges along with her husband Ernest Franklin, for allegedly killing their adopted son Jeffrey on March 1st, and setting their home on fire to cover up the murder. The Franklins will be tried separately, in early 2018.
Governor Cuomo announced that $1.25 million in funding is available through two grant programs designed to assist farmers across the state. The New Farmers Grant Fund helps new and early-stage farmers, and the New York State Veterans Farmer Grant Fund supports farms owned and operated by military veterans. State Police Superintendent George Beach has promoted Captain William McEvoy to the rank of Major and has assigned him to the position of Troop Commander at Troop C in Sidney. Major McEvoy started his career in 1984 as a trooper and was first assigned to Troop C; in 1989 McEvoy was promoted to Investigator and assigned to the Drug Enforcement Task Force in New York City. In 1991, he returned to Troop C, where he spent the majority of his years with the State Police, his most recent assignment was BCI Captain.

The State Education Department should improve its process to investigate serious complaints against nurses and more actively monitor professional misconduct, according to an audit released today by State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli. The investigations of “priority 1” complaints against nurses, which includes offenses such as sexual misconduct, practicing under the influence of alcohol or physical abuse, are supposed to be completed within 42 days. Auditors found that on average it took 228 days to complete such investigations, SED officials acknowledged the risks noted by DiNapoli’s auditors and cited steps to address them. Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Kristin Slater of Sherburne for aggravated driving while intoxicated, following an accident in a parking lot of a local business in the Village of Sherburne. Slater is accused of striking 2-parked cars in the parking lot; her BAC was more than three times the legal limit. Slater was arrested and processed without indent and later released on tickets for a return date in the Village of Sherburne Court in October.

State Police arrested 21-year-old Joshua Bertram of Chenango Forks, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a B.A.C. result of .19% and other traffic violations. Troopers responded to a report of a 1 vehicle accident with no injuries on County Road 32 in the Town of Greene, troopers observed Bertram passed out in the driver seat while his vehicle was in a ditch, he was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Greene Court on September 21st.
State Police arrested 27-year-old Kenneth DeGroat Jr., of Windsor, for DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Resting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration and other traffic violations. This arrest occurred after troopers responded to a motorcycle accident on Foley Road in Windsor, where the driver had been given a ride to a nearby gas station and left his motorcycle at the scene. DeGroat had been driving with a suspended license, and did not have a court ordered ignition interlock device, he also refused to submit to a breath test. DeGroat was arraigned in the Town of Windsor Court and was remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail set.

The Town of Colchester will receive $318,000 for the construction of a new water treatment building with a cartridge filtration system so that their source may be used as for drinking water. Other improvements include a new finished water tank level monitoring system, a back-up electrical generator, new chemical feed systems, and a new raw water tank.

Delaware County Sheriff Tom Mills Announced his retirement today, effective August 28th. Mills has served as Delaware County Sheriff for almost 19 years & has served in Law enforcement for over 50 years. Undersheriff Craig DuMond will officially become Acting Sheriff until Mills vacancy is filled by appointment or by election in November.
3 people were indicted by a Chenango County Grand Jury last week, on a variety of assault charges, following the beating of a man in Norwich in June. Joseph P. Hughes, Joseph C. Hughes & Nicholas Hughes were indicted following the attack on an individual on Silver Street in Norwich, the victim suffered face & skull fractures & brain bleeds, the 3 were remanded back to the Chenango county jail without bail pending future court action.
U.S. Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand announced $1,061,034 for Head Start programs at Delaware Opportunities. The federal funding was allocated through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and will be used to support child care services for low-income families in the Southern Tier Region. Head Start provides comprehensive child development programs for low-income children at ages 3 & 4, as well as supports and services for their families.
Governor Cuomo today announced that the Department of Motor Vehicles' Facial Recognition Technology Program has identified more than 21,000 possible cases of identity theft or fraud since its launch, with more than 7,000 of those cases generated in the last 18 months alone. The milestone is due in part to a major technology upgrade in January 2016 that doubled the number of measurement points mapped to each driver's photograph, which has resulted in more than 4,000 arrests and more than 16,000 individuals facing administrative action.
Catskill Area Hospice will complete a consolidation of their facilities into one building in Oneonta by the end of the year. 3 people were indicted by a Chenango County Grand Jury last week, on a variety of assault charges, following the beating of a man in Norwich in June. Joseph P. Hughes, Joseph C. Hughes & Nicholas Hughes were indicted following the attack on an individual on Silver Street in Norwich, the victim suffered face & skull fractures & brain bleeds, the 3 were remanded back to the Chenango county jail without bail pending future court action.
U.S. Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand announced $1,061,034 for Head Start programs at Delaware Opportunities. The federal funding was allocated through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and will be used to support child care services for low-income families in the Southern Tier Region. Head Start provides comprehensive child development programs for low-income children at ages 3 & 4, as well as supports and services for their families.
Governor Cuomo today announced that the Department of Motor Vehicles' Facial Recognition Technology Program has identified more than 21,000 possible cases of identity theft or fraud since its launch, with more than 7,000 of those cases generated in the last 18 months alone. The milestone is due in part to a major technology upgrade in January 2016 that doubled the number of measurement points mapped to each driver's photograph, which has resulted in more than 4,000 arrests and more than 16,000 individuals facing administrative action.
Catskill Area Hospice will complete a consolidation of their facilities into one building in Oneonta by the end of the year. The organization will be located at the former Mang Insurance office on River Street in Oneonta, they previously were housed in 2 locations in Oneonta, where both of those buildings are for sale, and previous location in Delhi & Cobleskill closed earlier this year.
