Using this site

This Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use - reading local news, checking the calendar, listening to the stream, and submitting content through the tools we provide for that purpose. Please don't use automated tools to scrape or republish this Site's content at scale, attempt to disrupt or overload the Site, or use any submission form for anything other than its stated purpose.

Content ownership

News content, station branding, graphics, and original station-produced material on this Site are the property of WCDO Broadcasting. See our Copyright notice for details and how to reach us with a concern.

Public submissions - calendar events and photos

When you submit a calendar event, a photo, or other content through this Site, you confirm that you have the right to submit it, and you grant WCDO Broadcasting a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit, publish, and broadcast that content in connection with WCDO Radio's website, on-air programming, and promotional use - including trimming, cropping, or otherwise preparing it for those uses. You may ask us to remove a submission at any time by contacting us below; we'll honor that request going forward, though it may not be possible to recall something already broadcast.

Photo submissions specifically require an explicit consent checkbox at the point of submission, confirming you have the right to grant this permission - see our Privacy & Data Policy for how submitted contact information itself is handled.

No warranty

This Site, including weather and river-gauge data pulled from public National Weather Service sources, is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and current, but WCDO Broadcasting makes no guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any emergency or life-safety decision - see the disclaimers on the Weather and River Gages pages specifically for that data.

We may update these terms as the Site changes; the current version is always the one posted here.
