State Police arrested 35 year old Michelle Page of Colesville for 3 counts of Menacing & 27 year old Matthew Meade of Windsor, NY arrested for Reckless Endangerment, Troopers were dispatched to a residence on Circle Drive in Colesville for a reported disturbance. After an investigation, it was determined that Page menaced Meade and other people with a shotgun after he drove to her residence and recklessly drove on her lawn, almost striking her vehicle. Page was arraigned in the town of Colesville Court and released on her own recognizance. Meade was arraigned in the town of Kirkwood and also released on his own recognizance.

State Police arrested 44 year old Lynn Shearer of Windsor for Aggravated DWI with a reportable B.A.C of .19%. Troopers were dispatched to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Morgan Road in Binghamton. Troopers located Shearer; she was arrested & was released on appearance tickets for town of Binghamton Court on October 29th.

The Broome-Endicott Swat Team executed a narcotics search warrant for the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force on East Windsor Road in Nineveh
today; they arrested 24 year old Marissa Price of Port Crane for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal
Possession of Marihuana & Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia. Officers seized 7 grams of Methamphetamine, 5 ounces of Marijuana, prescription pills, Digital scales
and drug packaging materials as well as 5 shotguns and rifles & $5,188 in cash from suspected drug sales. Price was arraigned in the Town of Colesville Court today and
was remanded to the custody of the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility without bail.

State Police arrested 64 year old William Lindeborn of Windsor for 2nd degree Menacing, following a complaint of a man chasing another man with a baseball bat in the town of Windsor. Lindeborn is accused of raising a baseball bat at a male who was mowing lawns in the area. He was subsequently arrested and arraigned at Central Arraignment. Lindeborn was released on his own recognizance; an order of protection was issued to the victim.

State Police were dispatched to a one fatal accident on Old Route 17 in the town of Windsor. A 43 year old male resident from Windsor was operating a 2005 Dodge Caravan when he went off the roadway for an unknown reason. His vehicle struck several mailboxes, went through a lawn and over a creek landing in a wooded area. Neighbors heard the crash at approximately 10:30 pm Wednesday Night, but were not able to see what occurred, another resident contacted 911 Wednesday morning when they spotted the vehicle. When troopers arrived, the male was obviously deceased. The investigation continues.

State Police at Binghamton arrested 45 year old Bobby Galusha of Harpursville for Criminal Trespass and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Troopers responded to the report of a couple in Windsor finding an unidentified man in their home. Galusha was arrested, he is accused of possessing suboxone at the time of the arrest, he was released on appearance tickets to the town of Windsor Court on August 15th.

The Broome County Sheriff's Office responded Wednesday to a fatal crash in Windsor. 57-year-old Stephen Rynearson was driving a van on Route 79 when he failed to negotiate a curve, lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree. Rynearson was not wearing a seat belt and alcohol was a contributing factor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

State Police arrested 47 year old Audra Hart-Brendel of Afton for felony of Criminal Contempt; the arrest followed a complaint made on June 5 claiming Hart-Brendel continuously made contact with a victim that had an Order of Protection against her. Hart-Brendel was arraigned in the town of Windsor Court and was released in her own recognizance; she will appear in court again at a later date.

Graduation Exercises for area high School Seniors will begin this evening, and continue through Sunday afternoon locally. Tonight at 6:30; seniors will graduate from Afton, Charlotte Valley, & Windsor. Commencement exercises scheduled for 7:00 PM tonight will be held at Deposit, Franklin, Hancock, Laurens, Milford, Morris, Oneonta, & Unatego. Saturday Morning Graduations will be held in Sidney, Delaware Academy, Gilbertsville Mount Upton, Greene, Harpursville, Oxford, Norwich, Sherburne Earlville, Saturday afternoon Unadilla Valley seniors will graduate, Saturday night, the Bainbridge Guilford district seniors will graduate & on Sunday Edmeston seniors will graduate.

State DOT Officials announced that work has resumed on the $3.2 million rehabilitation of the East Bosket Road Bridge over County Route 28 in Windsor and State Route 17 in Sanford. The project, scheduled for completion this fall, will replace the concrete bridge deck and install new steel railings along each side of the structure. The approaches to the bridge also will be repaved.

State Police arrested 23 year old Tylor Airwyke or Windsor on several counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance plus Criminal Possession of Marihuana. Troopers observed Airwyke traveling on State Highway 12 in the town of Greene, he was subsequently stopped, troopers learned that Airwyke’s license was suspended; they seized MDMA, cocaine and marijuana. Airwyke was arraigned in the Town of Greene Court; he was remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.

State Police arrested 66 year old Deborah Visceglia of Deposit for Aggravated DWI with a B.A.C of .26% and several traffic infractions after Troopers observed her speeding and unable to maintain her lane on State Route 17 in the town of Windsor. Visceglia was released on tickets and due in the town of Windsor Court on March 21, 2018.

State Police arrested 23 year old Mark Allen of Fenton for Criminal Possession Marihuana. Allen was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by troopers for numerous traffic violations in the town of Windsor. An investigation revealed that Allen had approximately 100 grams of marijuana in his possession. Allen was released on tickets returnable to the town of Windsor Court on March 6, 2018.

The Storm is knocking out power all over the state this Afternoon. NYSEG reported that over 5700 customers were without power in Delaware County, over 520 were without power in the City of Oneonta, over 340 lost power in the Windsor area, crews are working as quickly as possible to restore power during the storm.

State Police are investigating the death of a 10-year-old girl in the town of Colesville. Broome County 911 received a call Sunday from a residence on East Windsor Road for a 10-year-old girl who was unresponsive. The responding troopers determined that Belladonna Loke was discovered by the owner of the house in a second floor bedroom, Loke's family had been staying at the residence since December. The preliminary investigation revealed that Loke suffered from a serious medical condition, she was transported to Lourdes Hospital where an autopsy was performed today, the results have not yet been released, The investigation is continuing.

State Police arrested 25 year old Nicholas Whitney of Windsor, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and 20 year old Monica Whitney of Windsor, for Criminal Mischief. The arrests occurred after troopers responded to a Broome County 911 report of a dispute in Windsor, Both suspects were issued tickets to appear in the town of Windsor Court on February 14.

State Police & the State Liquor Authority conducted an Underage Drinking Enforcement Detail in Broome County; for businesses that sell alcoholic beverages in Broome County. 9 establishments were checked, 4 sold alcohol to an underage operative. Police charged 49 year old Meredith Bahr of Candor, 22 year old Sarah Kamide of Vestal, 33 year old Maria Bales of Vestal, & 25 year old Victoria Harting of Windsor, All 4 were issued tickets to appear in court at a later date.

State Police arrested 46-Year-old Kendall Jackson of Kirkwood, for Assault and Criminal Mischief. Troopers responded to the report of an altercation at a trailer park in the town of Windsor, where Jackson saw a group of people outside his relative’s trailer, and went outside to & unsuccessfully told them to leave, an altercation ensued, with Jackson allegedly throwing bricks, injuring 2 people. Jackson was issued tickets returnable to the town of Windsor Court on January 31, 2018.
