Facey was found to be in possession of a firearm while being prohibited to do so due to a court order, he was taken into custody and was charged with Criminal Contempt, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Possession of a Firearm & was being held at the Otsego County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment.

On January 30th, Johnson City Police responded to 22 Sanford Street for a report of shots fired, Santiago-Pepin approached the residence, produced a handgun, and fired at the building multiple times, officers apprehended Santiago-Pepin after a brief chase on foot, Police found that he possessed a 2nd weapon.

Chenango County Sheriff's Office arrested 38 year old Justin Quakenbush of Oneonta Monday for Grand Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer and Reckless Endangerment. Deputies arrested Quackenbush following a report of a stolen vehicle, Deputies were able to locate the stolen vehicle in the City of Norwich, they initiated a traffic stop and Quackenbush failed to comply and led Deputies on a pursuit through the City and into the Town of New Berlin. Quackenbush stopped in South New Berlin where he was taken into custody, he was transported back to the Chenango County Sheriff's Office for processing and was arraigned & he was remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $10,000 bail.

The State DEC announced $342,500 in grants were awarded to 17 municipalities across the state to purchase or lease zero-emission light- and medium-duty fleet vehicles as part of the Municipal Zero-Emission Vehicle Rebate Program.
