Delaware County Public Health announced that their next Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic For dogs, cats and ferrets will be held today from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Heart of the Catskills Humane Society, State Route 10 in Delhi.  Appointments are required at 832-5200; more information is available at delawarecountypublichealth.com.

In celebration of national Adopt a Shelter Cat Month, the Susquehanna SPCA is waiving adoption fees for all cats 6 years and older through Saturday, June 20th.   There are currently 11 senior cats awaiting adoption at the SPCA, ranging in age from seven to 14 years.  More information is available at sqspca.org or by calling 547-8111.

The Otsego County Department of Health & the Susquehanna SPCA will continue to hold free weekly rabies vaccination clinics on-site for the foreseeable future.  The shelter is scheduling vaccination appointments for dogs, cats, and ferrets on Wednesday afternoons from 1-3 p.m. and on Thursday mornings from 9-11 a.m. Individual appointments allow for proper social distancing.  Registration is available by calling 547-8111, extension 108.  More information is available at sqspca.org.
