The 21st Annual Gus Macker Basketball Tournament will be held on the streets of Downtown Norwich Saturday & Sunday. Over 400 teams have signed up for the annual 3 on 3 basketball tournaments, which draws thousands to downtown Norwich each year.

Following the day’s games at the Gus Macker tournament in Norwich, the 11th annual Mustang Rally will be held at Matthews Ford in Norwich, spokesperson Kathy Breno explains:

Breno said that the Activities would begin at 6:00 PM; directions will be posted around Norwich, as part of Main Street will be closed due to the Macker Tournament.

The 11th Annual Mustang rally will be held at the Matthews Ford Dealership in Norwich Saturday night. Mathew’s spokesperson Kathy Breno explains:

Breno said that the event was scheduled to follow the day’s activities with the Gus Macker Basketball Tournament, food & entertainment will be available at the event starting at 6:00 PM Saturday.

The Otsego County Fair officials announced that there were able to get a concert lined up for this year's Fair, following a request for a show by fairgoers. Spokesperson Lisa Jones explains:

Jones Said that SFCU is sponsoring the concert at this year's fair, which will run at the fairgrounds in Morris August 2nd through the 7th.

Matthews Ford of Norwich has announced their 11th annual Mustang rally for July 9th, coinciding with the Annual Gus Macker Basketball Tournament in Norwich. Matthews Spokesperson Kathy Breno explains:

Breno said that last year over 250 Mustangs from all over the region attended the annual event at the Norwich Dealership.

The Annual Gus Macker 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament will be held in July in Downtown Norwich again this year. Organizer Tom Revoir said that teams could start signing up now.
