Chenango County Sheriff’s Office announced that 34 year old Timothy Adams of Sherburne will be charged shortly, in Connection with the Monday Morning Robbery at
The Sherburne Mirabito Convenience Store. Adams is accused of forcibly stealing items in the store & throwing hot coffee in the store clerk's face before fleeing the
scene. Monday afternoon, deputies located Adams, who had harmed himself with a knife and fled on foot to a nearby overgrown field where he was later apprehended.
Officers administered first aid to Adams, he was transported to Wilson Memorial Hospital in critical condition, upon release, he will be charged with 2nd degree Robbery.
2nd degree Assault, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Possession of Stolen Property.

State Police arrested 58 year old Harold Reid of Mount Upton for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. A trooper was dispatched to a report of a male behaving strangely in his vehicle at the Mirabito on East River Road in Bainbridge, Reid is accused of possessing heroin and suboxone, and he was released on appearance tickets for town of Bainbridge Court on August 16th.

State Police arrested 39 year old Allen Shew of Afton, for Criminal Trespass & Disorderly Conduct. Troopers responded to the Mirabito on Main Street in Afton, Shew is accused of throwing items inside the store, kicking the glass door and throwing items outside. Shew was arraigned in the town of Afton Court. He is scheduled to reappear on July 23rd, and advised never to return to the store.

32 year old Jillian Hren of Walton arrested Sunday by State Troopers for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, after Troopers were called to the Mirabito gas station on Main Street in the village of Franklin, where they discovered Hren asleep in her vehicle with the engine running. Hren was released with appearance tickets for the Village of Franklin Court on April 10.

Otsego County Sheriff's deputies arrested 26-year-old Kyle Bouck of Milford, after he allegedly had a violent outburst at the Mirabito Gas Station in the town of Hartwick. Bouck is accused of vandalizing displays inside the store when the clerk refused to sell him cigarettes without an ID. Bouck was charged with disorderly conduct & will appear in Town of Hartwick Court on February 28th.

The State Division of Veteran's Affairs office re-opened in Sidney at a new location. State assemblyman Cliff Crouch worked with state Senator Jim Seward to have a Sidney officer re-opened, after the previous office closed at the Civic Center, when it was sold to a private developer:

The unidentified man purchased his ticket at the Mirabito Quickway on State Route 8 in Masonville on his way home from work; Yolanda Vega will present a $1,000,000 over-sized prize check to the newest Lottery Millionaire at the Masonville store tomorrow morning at 11:00 AM.
