Broome County Sheriff's office arrested 2 Binghamton residents following a high speed pursuit through several jurisdiction Thursday. Road Patrol observed a black Jeep matching the description of a vehicle involved in multiple pursuits, it had stolen license plates, the Jeep failed to stop and traveled at a high rate of speed, the front seat passenger climbed into the back seat and began throwing objects at the patrol vehicle, The pursuit ended when police used stop sticks, Police arrested 26 year old Sean Brown of Binghamton & 24 year old Kiley Bonilla-Lattanze of Binghamton. Police seized Methamphetamine from the vehicle, they face numerous charges, Brown was also wanted on warrants from Pennsylvania, Bonilla-Lattanze was processed and released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Kirkwood Court, Brown was being held at the Broome County Correctional Facility pending extradition by Pennsylvania State Police.

State Police arrested 4 people in connection with a case of over 100 neglected animals at a farm on Clark Lane and Pig Farm Lane in New Berlin. Arrested were 44 year old Dominick Brown, for 9 counts of aggravated cruelty to animals & 95 counts of Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance. 74 year old Jane Richards for 9 counts of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals & 87 counts of Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance. 56 year old Helen Goude & 60 year old Katheriena Goude, lesser counts of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals & Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals; & Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance. On April 26th, over 2 dozen animals were located deceased and an additional 107 neglected animals were removed, including horses, pigs, cattle, sheep, goats, a llama, dogs and cats. All 4 were issued appearance tickets for New Berlin Town Court tomorrow
The Sidney High School Flood Monitoring Team will be giving a special presentation for the public in the Smart Community Room at the Sidney Memorial Public Library on Tuesday, May 28th at 6PM. Rich Townsend was a Science Teacher at Sidney at the start of the program in 2007, & is still guiding the program, he told WCDO about donations that they have received recently & what the money will be used for:

Delaware County Sheriff's Office arrested 25 year old Sean Gillespie of Delhi on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court to answer to a drug related charge, issued out of the Town of Delhi. On May 9th, Deputies were contacted by the City Oneonta Police Department, who advised that they who had taken Gillespie into custody, he was turned over to central arraignment processing at the Delaware County Jail to await arraignment.

Norwich City Police Department responded to 90 East Main Street Monday afternoon following a complaint of Gunshots from a tenant at that location. Norwich Police Officers arrested Sean Frear for criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment & criminal mischief, Police stated that Frear was under the influence of methamphetamine when he discharged a 12-gauge shotgun into the apartment below him, he was arraigned & was being held on $5,000 cash bail pending future court action.
Several Area Fire Departments were called to the scene of a structure fire on Mary Brown Road in the town of Laurens this morning At about 9:10 AM. Firefighters from Laurens, Hartwick, Milford, West Oneonta, Morris & Oneonta have responded, The fire was called in an occupant, who reported that all other occupants escaped without injuries. Firefighters were still at the scene early this afternoon, WCDO News will have more information as it becomes available.

Delaware County District Attorney's office announced that 52 year old Robin Reese of Bainbridge pleaded guilty to 2 counts of Driving While Intoxicated, in the Village of Delhi on 2 separate occasions. Reese admitted that she had a previous DWI conviction within the prior 10 years, which resulted in these charges being felonies, she was sentenced to 2 separate terms of 5-year felony probation supervision, she was also sentenced to Adult Treatment Court, she must undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, and successfully comply with any treatment recommendations. Reese's license was revoked, and the Court imposed fines and surcharges in the amount of $4,140.00.

State Police And the Division of Criminal Justice Services released a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert today. 34 year old Tatiana David from Ithaca was last seen this morning at about 7:20 AM and may have been abducted. David is described as a black woman about 5'9" tall and about 180 pounds, with black hair & brown eyes, she was last seen with 35 year old Michael David, who was driving a white Jeep Cherokee, they may be headed through this area heading for New York City. Police said that Davis is a black man, 6'4" tall about 200 pounds with black hair & brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call 911, or 607-561-7400.
The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for Tanya McGreal on an outstanding warrant, she was last known to frequent the Colesville Road area of the Town of Colesville. McGreal is a white female, 5'5" about 135 pounds, with brown hair & brown eyes, she is wanted for 3rd degree burglary.
