The State Division of Criminal Justice Services announced that the missing persons report regarding 34 year old Chelsea Nicholson of Oneonta was canceled as of 9:00 AM this morning, she was reported missing on Tuesday morning and was last seen driving a red Kia in Oneonta, she was reported to be safe by Oneonta Police & no other details were released.
Governor Hochul highlighted proposals to bring down costs of auto insurance rates and tackle fraudulent claims, limit damages paid out to bad actors and ensure that consumers, not insurance companies, are prioritized:

Governor Hochul said that similar reforms against Auto Insurance fraud were implemented in Florida, where insurance premiums were reduced on average by 20%, she is hoping the the state legislature will pass these reforms this session.
The Susquehanna SPCA responded to the another call of farm animals left abandoned in Guilford last weekend, where the animals were surrendered to the SPCA by the owners, the SPCA acquired a farm last year in order to process and take care of these types of rescues, according to Director Stacie Haynes:
