State police at  Norwich arrested 42 year old Patrick Seeley of Norwich  for criminal obstruction of breathing and 2nd degree harassment.  The arrest resulted following a dispute on Dan Main Hill Road in Norwich,  Seeley was arraigned in the Norwich town court and released on his own recognizance to reappear on November 21st.  The judge issued an order of protection for the victim.

State Assemblyman Cliff Crouch will be hosting another town hall meeting tonight in the Town of Nanticoke.  The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM at the Nanticoke Town Hall at 755 Cherry Valley Hill Road in Maine.
