Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded Sunday in the Town of Kortright to a motor vehicle accident on County Highway 29, Deputies made contact with the driver, 23-year-old Jillian Bishop of Newburgh. Deputies arrested and charged Bishop with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Keep right and Open container in a Motor vehicle, among other charges, Bishop was processed and released on appearance tickets for Town of Kortright Court at a later date.
