State Police & Norwich Police arrested 62 year old Martin Lewicki of Norwich, for criminal possession of stolen property & tampering with physical evidence Lewicki is accused of stealing items from area retail stores & attempting to sell the merchandise online. Lewicki was arraigned in City of Norwich Court and was remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility without bail, the investigation is continuing & more charges may be filed.
