In about 2 weeks, the attorney for the Reporter Newspaper based in Delhi, owned by Randy & Kimberly Shepard, may file a lawsuit against Delaware County for their decision to remove the county designation from the Reporter to the Hancock Herald, solely because County Officials did not like the reporting by Lillian Browne on County Activities.
