Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Thursday Betty Brook Road in the Town of Kortright to investigate a complaint of property damage reportedly caused by cattle.  The Investigation revealed that loose cattle owned by 60-year-old Joseph Wyble, Jr., had caused damage to victim’s lawn on that day and at least 3 previous occasions.  On Friday, Deputies located and arrested Wyble and charged him with criminal mischief for recklessly causing damage to the property of another after having been previously warned by Deputies.  Wyble was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Kortright Court on a later date to answer that charge.
