The Chenango County Fair grounds along with Millennia Entertainment recently announced Country music singer Jamie O'Neal would headline the 5th annual Guitars Under the Stars show.  Tickets go on sale today at Hayes Office Products in Norwich, Video Entertainment Plus in Sidney and online at brownpapertickets.com for this summer’s show in Norwich.
