U.S. Senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand announced $5.4 Million dollars in federal funding for 3 Central New York and Southern Tier airports. Haynes said that every year, thousands of puppies from out of state puppy mills are sold to unassuming consumers at astronomical prices. The dogs are bred in factory like facilities, and are physically, mentally, and medically compromised puppies sold at retail outlets, the bill has not yet been signed by Governor Hochul.
