Office is looking for Kristopher Shimer on multiple outstanding warrants. Shimer is described as a White Male, 5’9”,
160 pounds with brown eyes & brown hair, anyone with information is asked

Oneonta Police arrested 29 year old Zachary Kaplan following
a report that he was violating an order of protection. Kaplan was taken to the Police Station, where
he struggled with officers, he was charged with escape, 2nd degree assault,
resisting arrest obstruction of government administration, criminal contempt,
harassment, criminal mischief, obstruction of breathing and endangering the
welfare of a child.
