State Police announced this afternoon that all lanes of I-88 near in Otego have reopened, following a 1 vehicle tractor trailer crash at about 8:30 this morning.  Troopers reported that the tractor trailer filled with milk containers rolled over on I-88, blocking both lanes of the highway westbound & pour a significant amount of milk on the highway.  No injuries were reported in the crash.
The New York State Council on the Arts announced that $490,000 in Cares Act Funding will go to 49 arts organizations around the state.  Locally, the West Kortright Centre in Delaware County will receive $10,000 in funding.

Delaware County Sheriff Deputies arrested 23 year old Travis Jennings of Hancock with 3rd degree rape and endangering a child.   Jennings is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a female child under the age of 17-years-of-age in the Town of Hancock in August of 2019, he was arraigned & was released on his own recognizance pending his appearance in the Town of Hancock Court on a later date.
The State Department of Transportation is advising motorists that the ramp at Exit 1 from I-88 Westbound to State Route 7 in the town of Dickinson, is closed through July 22nd for resurfacing.  Motorists should allow extra travel time to follow detours posted on I-88 Westbound, Route 7 and local roads.

34 year old Brock Likens of Greene was sentenced in a
federal court room to 78 months in prison for distributing, receiving and
possessing child pornography.  Likens
admitted that he knowingly received and distributed child pornography over the
internet using peer-to-peer file sharing software. An undercover law
enforcement officer downloaded 87 child pornography video files from Likens’
computer that he shared with others.  A
subsequent search of Likens’ house revealed that he possessed on various
devices, 31 video files and 24 images of child pornography.
