The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of 37 year old Tyrell Adams of Pittsfield, who is accused of subjecting minors to persistent sexual abuse & for allegedly killing a family pet in the vicinity of children. Otsego County Family Court issued an order of protection against Adams prohibiting contact with multiple protected parties, he did send Facebook messages to one of the protected parties. Adams was recently located and taken in to custody without incident, he was processed and lodged in the Otsego County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment for Sex Abuse, Forcible Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Animal Cruelty & Criminal Contempt.

Adams was charged with 3 counts of Sexual Abuse, Forcible Touching, 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Animal Cruelty & Criminal Contempt. Investigation revealed that over the course of several years, Adams allegedly subjected minors to persistent sexual abuse, Additionally he is accused of killing a family pet near children. Otsego County Family Court issued an order of protection against Adams prohibiting contact with multiple protected parties, he then sent Facebook messages to one of the protected parties. Adams was sent to the Otsego County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
