The Line up has been set for this Years "Rock In The Park" Concert at General Clinton Park in Bainbridge. This year's Headliner will be the "Marshall Tucker Band" with local acts Tumbleweed Highway, Wreckless Marci & Woodshed Prophets all performing. Tickets are available at Snips & Snails Consignment shop in Bainbridge, through the Chenango SPCA or at Ticketmaster.com; all proceeds will go to the Chenango SPCA.

Vendor registration forms are available on the park's website, copescornerspark.org or through town clerk’s office at 783-2905 or at 783-2518. The fee for a 12' by 12' booth is $25. All vendors must send the registration form and fee by April 22nd Organizers said that the event would feature family activities throughout the day, including music by Tumbleweed Highway beginning at 6:00 PM.

A benefit will be held Sunday in Sidney for Brenda O'Connell, who has been battling cancer for many years. The benefit will be held at the Sidney American Legion Sunday from 12:30pm to 6:00 PM, Brenda has been out of work due to her health, and is faced with large medical bills, the benefit will feature food, beverages and live entertainment with Tumbleweed Highway, Woodshed Prophets, Fetish Lane, Kenyon Hill, $ 15 Donations are encouraged at the door.

THE ROCK IN THE PARK 2013 concert for Chenango County Toys for Tots will be held in General Clinton Park Saturday starting at noon, headlined by the Artimus Pyle Band, a Tribute to Ronnie Van Zandt & Lynyrd Skynyrd.  Pyle told WCDO News that, as a former marine, he is proud to participate in the Toys for Tots campaign, and he is proud to present a band that pays tribute to the band he played drums for in their 70’s heyday:

“Rock in the Park 2013” will be the 2nd Benefit concert for Chenango County Toys for Tots”, on August 10th, at General Clinton Park in Bainbridge.  Concert organizer Jason hall said that the need for toys for tots extends beyond the Chenango county borders:
