The Broome County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Division and U.S. Marshals located a 17-year-old female of Binghamton, who was wanted for Attempted Murder in relation to a recent shooting in the City of Binghamton. The juvenile fugitive was tracked to locations on Floral Ave. and Chelsea Square in the City of Binghamton, The Southern Tier SWAT team was deployed, executing a search warrant & they took the juvenile into custody, she was turned over to the City of Binghamton Police to be processed on the Attempted Murder charge, she will be arraigned and turned over to the custody of the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is advising residents in Harpursville that the Southern Tier SWAT team will be conducting routine training exercises today on Lovejoy Road between State Route 7 and Hickox Road in Harpursville from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM. 3 murder suspects are in custody after a joint police operation between the U.S. Marshals, Southern Tier SWAT Team, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force and the Endicott Police Department Wednesday night. U.S. Marshals Service notified Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies of 3 murder suspects possibly staying in Endicott, for a murder, robbery & Arson on January 20th in Norristown, Pennsylvania. A search warrant was obtained for 1104 Monroe Street in Endicott, the law enforcement agencies executed the search warrant & arrested 29 year old Daquan Allen, 18 year old Damon Brantley & 28 year old Jerry Butler, they were taken to the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility as fugitives from justice, where they were remanded, & are awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.

A 17 year old from North Carolina was taken into custody after the Southern Tier SWAT Team executed a search warrant in the Town of Union. On Friday, Broome County Sheriff’s Office acted on information gathered by the US Marshal’s to apprehend a 17-year-old male, who is accused of killing 2 people in Mount Holly, North Carolina last month. The fugitive was at 122 Pierce Avenue, he was apprehended after Deputies executed a search warrant & he was taken into custody without incident.
