Delaware County Sheriff’s Department Investigators & Probation Officers searched a residence in the Village of Walton, occupied by 28 year old Melissa Brannock & 30 year old Robert Robertson. Both were taken into custody by Delaware County Probation Officers and charged with Violation of Probation. A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of a hypodermic needle containing Heroin. Today, Deputies arrested Brannock and Robertson at the Jail for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance & Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument; they will be arraigned in the Village of Walton Court at a later time.

Delaware County Deputies arrested 41-Year-old Robert Aleksander of Delhi, on 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, for an alleged violation of an order of protection violation in the Town of Bovina. Aleksander was arraigned & was released on his own recognizance; he will reappear in Court on November 21st.

State troopers in Norwich arrested 25 year old Robert Robertson of Coventry  for 3rd degree Assault, 2nd degree Unlawful Imprisonment, 4th degree Criminal Mischief 4th and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest resulted from a dispute on State Route 206 in Coventry; Robertson was arraigned in the Town of Coventry Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
