State Police reported that 46-year-old Paul Schwartfigure of Whitney Point has been located and is in good health. He was located in the area of Ford Hill Road and was returned to his family. Schwartfigure was reported missing January 10th, while riding a bicycle in Whitney Point.

The Community Foundation for South Central New York announced a grant opportunity for organizations serving Walton. State Police are looking for information regarding 46-year-old Paul Schwartfigure of Whitney Point, who was last seen on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, around 4:00 pm. Schwartfigure is known to frequent the village of Whitney Point and is often seen riding a bicycle. He is described as a male, 5’11”, 210 pounds, last seen wearing a black Carhart jacket, blue jeans, black boots, and a winter cap. The bicycle is a dark blue or black huffy older model mountain bike with red on the tires and handgrips. Schwartfigure is also known by the nickname of Bear. Anyone with information on Schwartfigure’s whereabouts is asked to call the New York State Police at (607) 775-1241.
