Governor Kathy Hochul announced $230 million in awards will go to 9 upstate airports for revitalization projects. The Greater Binghamton/Edwin A Link Field Airport will get $32 million to fund 2 projects, one will entail a relocation of the General Aviation Terminal to integrate it with the Passenger Terminal, The 2nd project will construct a new, 3,000-square-foot General Aviation Customs & Border Protection facility south of the terminal.

Delaware County Sheriff Deputies responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the Town of Delhi, 20 year old Noah Shambaugh of Hobart is accused of violating an order of protection issued by the Town of Delhi Court, by visiting the protected person’s residence, & threatening and harassing the protected party.  Deputies charged Shambaugh with criminal contempt; he was processed and released on an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Delhi Court on a later date.

Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 20-year-old Noah Shambaugh of Oneonta Sunday in relation to a domestic dispute earlier this year.   On March 30th, Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the Town of Delhi, The complaint was referred to Delaware County Court for further action and Deputies received a criminal summons and order of protection, Shambaugh was located in the City of Oneonta Sunday where he was arrested & was directed to appear in the Town of Delhi Court at a later date.

Delaware County Sheriff Deputies responded to a domestic dispute on Arbuckle Hollow Road in Delhi, they arrested 20 year-old Noah Shambaugh of Delhi, for falsely reporting an incident, 4 counts of criminal obstruction of breathing and 1 count of harassment for allegedly striking and choking a victim repeatedly & then falsely reporting the facts of the dispute to Deputies.  Shambaugh was arraigned remotely through Town of Kortright court, an Order of Protection was issued for the victim.  Shambaugh was released on his own recognizance pending his appearance in the Town of Delhi Court on a later date.
