Nicholas Chappell of Binghamton was indicted Wednesday on charges of 2nd-degree murder, attempted murder and assault in connection with a shooting in Binghamton on August 31st. Chappell is accused of fatally shooting 23-year-old David Sanborn of Whitney Point, and injuring 26-year-old Jordan Doolittle of Windsor. Chappell is being held in the Broome County Jail pending his arraignment in county court.
