Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 30 year old Michael Stein of Delhi, after Deputies responded last Thursday to an Assault Complaint in the Town of Delhi. Stein allegedly struck another individual in the head with a baseball bat after a verbal altercation, he was charged with Assault, Criminal Mischief, Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon & and Obstructing Governmental Administration. Stein was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash, $50,000 secured bond.

Delaware County Sheriff Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at a residence in the Village of Walton on March 26th, 25-year-old Jonathan Stein had left prior to patrols arrival, he is accused of damaging property of the female victim. On March 30th, 2022 Deputies were contacted by Walton Police that they had Stein under arrest on unrelated charges. Deputies took custody of Stein, he was charged with 6 counts of Criminal Mischief, he was processed and released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Village of Walton Court at a later date.
Several Area Fire Departments responded to a house fire on County Route 35 in the Hamlet of Sidney Center this afternoon. The house was completely destroyed, WCDO will have more information as it becomes available.

Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies, were dispatched Sunday to a Domestic dispute in the Town of Delhi. 28-year-old Michael Stein of Delhi allegedly engaged another person in a physical domestic dispute, and unlawfully imprisoned the victim in his residence. Deputies charged Stein with Unlawful Imprisonment, Menacing, and Reckless Endangerment, he was released on appearance tickets for Town of Delhi Court on a later date.

Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Harassment & a Parole Violation.  Stein allegedly engaged another person in a
physical domestic dispute in the Town of Delhi; he was arraigned in the Town of
Delhi Court and was remanded to the Delaware County Jail pending future action
in Town of Delhi Court.

61 year old Phillip Stein of Binghamton pleaded guilty in
Broome County Court today, for a Bank robbery at Citizens Bank in Binghamton on
March 7th.  Stein will spend 1 1/2 to 3
years in prison for 3rd degree attempted Bank Robbery, he will officially be sentenced
June 7th.
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts revealed that they have
withdrawn plans for a 3-day music fest to mark the 50th anniversary of
Woodstock 1969 festival held at that site.
Officials announced that they will host 3 separate concerts during the
days the festival was meant to take place; the decision follows the success of
signing acts to perform at a 3 day festival on the same 3 days in August, by
original Woodstock Promoter Michael Lang, at Watkins Glen International
raceway.   Among the Acts signed up for
Woodstock 50, Miley Cyrus, The Lumineers, Imagine Dragons, & Halsey.

State Police at Oneonta arrested 45-year-old Michael Stein of Delhi for Driving While Intoxicated & other vehicle and traffic law violation. The arrest occurred following a 1-car roll over accident on Coe Hill Road in Davenport. Troopers accuse Stein driving while intoxicated and crashing when he was using his cell phone to send a text message. Stein was transported to Fox Hospital for minor injuries; he was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Davenport at a later date.
