The Bissell Pet Foundation worked with the Susquehanna SPCA to get animals affected by the recent southern Hurricanes into their forever homes. Officials went to Binghamton to pick up the animals Friday Night, SQSPCA Executive Director Stacie Haynes explains:

Otsego County Health Department reported that a bat tested positive for rabies Friday, the bat was found in the town of Maryland, all animals in the vicinity of the bat were up to date on their vaccinations, any human exposure is being investigated. The Health Department reminds area residents to get all of their pets & livestock vaccinated against rabies, more information is available at 607-547-4230.

Livestock Foundation is proud to announce that we are offering one or more $1000 scholarships to Delaware County high school students graduating in 2023 with acceptance to a college or university where they will pursue a career in agriculture.
