The prison sentence will be followed by 3 years of post-release supervision, on July 4, 2024, he Binghamton Police observed a vehicle with all the brake lights activated and the engine running, they found McDaniel slumped over the steering wheel, he was also wanted on an active arrest warrant, a search of the vehicle revealed a digital scale, narcotics, a firearm, and a firearm magazine. 2 years were added to McDaniels sentence following a assault of another inmate in the Broome County Correctional Facility.
