Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a trespass in progress Monday at a residence in the Village of Walton. Deputies determined that no trespass had occurred, and that the initial report was the result of a domestic dispute, they determined that 35-year-old Katrina Stanton of Deposit had driven her vehicle to the scene, & Stanton’s Driver’s License was suspended for failure to answer a previous a summons in the Town of Franklin. Deputies arrested Stanton for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, she was released & will appear in the Village of Walton Court at a later date.
