Terry DeCutler of Sidney & Nicholas DeCutler of Unadilla were sentenced in Otsego County Court, to 20 years to life in prison, for the murder of Kaleb O'Neill in Oneonta on Memorial Day last year. The DeCutler brothers both pleaded guilty to 2nd degree Murder, for the fatal stabbing of O'Neill in an alley near Dietz Street in downtown Oneonta.

20 Year old Terry DeCutler of Sidney pleaded Guilty to 2nd degree Murder in Otsego County Court Monday, for the May 30th 2022 fatal stabbing of Kaleb O'Neill near Dietz Street in Oneonta. Terry DeCutler was arrested along with his Brother Nicholas DeCutler of Unadilla shortly after the discovery of O'Neill's Body, Nicholas DeCutler still faces court action in connection with this case.

Nicholas & Terry DeCutler were arraigned in Otsego County Court Monday on 2nd degree Murder charges. The Brothers are accused of fatally stabbing 24 year old Kaleb O'Neill in an alleyway at Dietz Street in Oneonta on Memorial Day. The DeCutler's were being held on Bail in the Otsego County Jail pending a court appearance on September 19th.

Terry DeCutler of Sidney and Nicholas DeCutler of Unadilla, will be facing Grand jury Action in Otsego County Court shortly, both were charged with 2nd-degree murder for the May 30th fatal stabbing of 24 year old Kaleb O’Neill in an alleyway near 6 Dietz Street in Oneonta. The DeCutler brothers are being held pending Grand Jury Action, the investigation is ongoing.

The Associated Press reported today that New York’s new law barring sales of bullet-resistant vests to most civilians doesn’t cover the type of armor worn by Payton Gendron of Conklin, when he killed 10 people at a Buffalo supermarket, May 14th. Gendron wore a steel-plated vest, which stopped a bullet fired at him by a security guard in the supermarket. New York’s law restricts sales of soft bullet-resistant vests to people who work in law enforcement and the military, plus people in certain other professions that require protective gear, that list has not been finalized.

Oneonta Police arrested 31-year-old Terry DeCutler of Sidney and 34-year-old Nicholas DeCutler of Unadilla,, for 2nd degree murder, for the May 30th murder of Kaleb O'Neill in the alley near 6 Dietz Street. They were arraigned in City of Oneonta Court and were remanded to the custody of the Otsego County Sheriff pending court action on Wednesday. The Oneonta Police Department is seeking public help in the murder on May 30th of 24 year old Kaleb O'Neill of Oneonta. O’Neill was found with stab wounds in the alley near 6 Dietz Street, he was declared dead after being transported to A.O. Fox Hospital. Oneonta Police are investigating the murder of a 24-year-old Kaleb O’Neill of Oneonta Monday. Oneonta Police Department received a 911 call of a male being stabbed in the alleyway of 6 Dietz Street, O’Neill had multiple stab wounds, 1st responders administered aid, he was transported to A.O. Fox Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. State Police Forensic Identification Unit and canine unit were called to the scene and an attempt to locate the suspects was undertaken but revealed no other information. The case remains under investigation by the Oneonta Police Department & State Police BCI & Major Crimes Unit.
