Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 24 year old Justin Mattice of Walton following a domestic dispute report in Walton June 17th.  Mattice is accused of acting in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental, and moral welfare of a child less than 17 years of age; he is also accused of damaging property during the incident.  Mattice was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief, He was arraigned in the Town of Hamden Court where an order of protection was issued and Mattice was ordered to appear in the Town of Walton Court at a future date to answer to the charges.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 20 year Justin Mattice of Delhi early this morning on charges of felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated driving with a blood alcohol content of .18% or greater, felony DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance following a civilian report of a possible domestic dispute in progress on Warner Hill Road in the Town of Meredith. Mattice was arraigned at Kortright Town Court; he was remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $2,000 bail.
