16 year old Nicholas Pheilshifter pleaded guilty Thursday to
criminal possession of a weapon as a crime of terrorism, as a participant in
the plot against Islamberg in Delaware County.
Pheilshifter will be sentenced to 7 years in state prison, after serving
the first 2 years in juvenile detention.
Previously, Vincent Vetromile pleaded guilty to a weapons charge and
faces seven to 12 years in prison. Brian Colaneri and Andrew Crysel pleaded
guilty to terrorism-related conspiracy and face four to 12 years in prison.

3 of the 4 Rochester Area suspects who were arrested earlier
this year for plotting to attack Islamberg in Delaware County pleaded guilty to
conspiracy 7 weapons charges today in Monroe County.   Vincent Vetromile, Brian Colaneri &
Andrew Crysel all pleaded guilty for their roles in hatching the plot to kill residents
of the Muslims of America enclave in the town of Hancock. 16 year old Nicholas
Pheilshifter was also arrested in January, his case is pending.

Vincent Vetromile, Brian Colaneri, Andrew Crysel, and
Nicholas Pheilshifter were indicted Monday in Monroe County Court; they were
arrested last month for allegedly plotting a violent plan against the residents
of Islamberg here in Delaware County.
The 4 had 3 homemade bombs and 23 firearms, they were charged with
criminal possession of a weapon and conspiracy.
Pheilshifter is 16 years old; his case will be handled in criminal court
or family court.

Vincent Vetromile, Brian Colaneri & Andrew Crysel
appeared in Greece Town Court Tuesday, they are accused, along with an
unidentified 16 year old, with formulating a terrorist plan against the Muslims
of America Community known as Islamberg in Delaware County.  the 3 were arrested January 18th after police
learned of the plot, the group possessed 23 firearms and 3 explosive devices,
they have been charged with  3 counts of
1st-degree criminal possession of a weapon and 1 count each of 4th degree
conspiracy.  The case against Crysel was
waived to the grand jury. Preliminary hearings for Vetromile and Colaneri are
scheduled for next week.

The State Labor Department
announced the unemployment rates for local counties today, for the month of
December.  Chenango County had 4.4%,
Delaware County was 4.2% & Otsego County was at 4.0%, the statewide rate
was 3.9%.

Students in Greece New York alerted Police regarding a plot
to attack Islamberg in the town of Deposit with explosive devices.  The Greece Police Department arrested
20-year-old Brian Colaneri, 19-year-old Vincent Vetromile of Greece,
18-year-old Andrew Crysel of East Rochester & an unidentified 16 year old
following an investigation at Odyssey Academy.
Police seized 23 firearms & 3 homemade bombs, the 3 older suspects
were charged with 3 counts of 1st degree criminal possession of a weapon or
explosive and one count each of conspiracy, they were being held at the Monroe
County Jail on $50,000 bail.

65-Year-old Robert Doggert of Tennessee has been sentenced to 19 years in a federal prison, on charges of solicitation to commit a civil rights act, & solicitation to commit arson. Doggert was arrested for recruiting people to travel to the Islamberg community near Hancock, to burn down buildings and commit acts of terrorism against the inhabitants.

Former independent congressional candidate Robert Doggart of Tennessee was found guilty of solicitation to commit a civil rights violation, solicitation to commit arson and making a threat in interstate commerce, for his alleged plotting of an attack on Islamberg in Hancock. Doggart was arrested by the FBI, after he made threats to attack the Muslim community in Delaware county, and burn all of their buildings down. Doggart faces sentencing may 31st.

65-year-old Robert Doggart of Tennessee will have his trial begin February 6th in his home state. Doggert faces several charges, including solicitation to commit a civil rights violation and solicitation to commit arson of a building; he is accused of plotting an attack against the residents & the buildings at Islamberg near Hancock.

Supporters came from all over to show their support for the residents of Islamberg in the town of Tompkins, as a group of Bikers known as the "American Bikers United Against Jihad" planned a rally, against the Muslim group who have been targeted in certain media as being a terrorist training ground. Julia Reischel of the Watershed Post was at yesterday's rally; she told WCDO News that the rally was a lot smaller than expected:

Reischel said that state Troopers & Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies were on hand to insure the safety of the community & the supporters. Islamberg had also been targeted by Robert Doggart of Tennessee, who vowed to get a militia together to burn down the community and kill the residents; he was arrested earlier this year by the FBI for making terrorist threats.

An anti-Muslim activist from Arizona who may be armed and headed for the Muslims of America community known as Islamberg, in the town of Hancock. The FBI has issued a warning to area law enforcement agencies that Jon Ritzheimer could be headed to Hancock, according to a report in today’s “New York Daily News”. Ritzheimer posted a threatening video online last week after he learned of he was referred to as an American Terrorist in “The Islamic Post”. Former Tennessee Congressional Candidate Robert Doggart targeted Islamberg for an attack earlier this year; the FBI stopped him, he is under house arrest.

Former Tennessee Congressional Candidate Robert Doggart pleaded Not Guilty Tuesday in federal court, for allegedly planning to attack Islamberg in the town of Hancock. Doggart is accused of planning murder & arson at the Muslim hamlet & recruiting others by Facebook & by phone to carry out the plan.
