She was last seen driving a 2013 red Kia SUV with New York license plate LGJ-4364 on Franklin Street in the city of Oneonta, at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, February 10. help. A passerby called 9-1-1, The man
was taken to A.O Fox Hospital for exposure. Otego Fire Department, Wells Bridge
Fire Department and West Oneonta Fire Department all responded to the
scene. Members from the Otego Fire
Department are working with county fire investigators to determine the cause of
the fire.
