35 year old Heather Prince of Mt Upton was arrested by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office for 2 counts of Petit Larceny, 2 counts of Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification Information & 2 counts of Identity Theft. Prince is accused of taking 2 separate victim's credit card information while working at a local business & then she allegedly used the credit cards to make unlawful money transactions. Prince was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Norwich Court at a later date.

Chenango County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 26 year old
Uysef Guzman of Pennsylvania and 34 year old Heather Prince of Norwich on drug
charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Norwich Tuesday. Deputies seized over 220 packets of heroin,
that was possibly mixed with fentanyl as well as over $1,900 in cash, the
incident is still under investigation and more arrests are expected. Both defendants were arraigned in the City of
Norwich Court and were remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on
$20,000 cash each. Both are to appear in the Town of Norwich Court on a later
date.

State Police executed a search warrant in the town of Unadilla, they arrested 28 year old Michael Schermerhorn, 32 year old Heather Prince, 40 year old Eric Hoyt & 37 year old Barbara Meyers, all of Unadilla, on a variety of charges, including illegal manufacture of Methamphetamine. State Police seized methamphetamine oil, 2 grams of meth, a sawed off shotgun, a digital scale and components used to make methamphetamine. All 4 were arraigned in the town of Otego Court & were remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond pending court action on March 29th.

Chenango County Sheriff's Department arrested several individuals on active warrants & Drug charges. Deputies responded to 731 New Virginia Rd in the Town of Oxford to locate Adam Daring and Kristine Tiffany of Norwich, who were wanted by the City of Norwich Police Department for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. Daring was located, attempting to use Methamphetamine. Tiffany was located and taken into custody; the two were later turned over to the Norwich Police Department. The Sheriff’s Office also arrested 29 year old Justin Cook from Mt. Upton, he allegedly used a false name and date of birth, he was wanted on an active bench warrant out of Sidney Court, and was turned over to the Sidney Police Department. Heather Prince of Oxford was taken into custody for an active warrant issued by the Oxford Police Department.
