On October 23rd, Deputies received an arrest warrant for Buckley stemming from a previous charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator, and Improper Passing on the Right, Buckley was located Tuesday & Deputies arrested Buckley, he was held for the Delaware County Centralized Arraignment Court and later released to reappear at the Town Of Hamden Court at a later date.

Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 30-year-old Kassondra Pierce of Hamden for endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies received a complaint from Child Protective Services with possible allegations of physical abuse regarding a juvenile. Pierce is accused of striking the victim with excessive force, Pierce was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Hamden Court at a later date.

Chenango County Sheriff's Deputies responded on Sunday to a residence on Knapp Road in the Town of Sherburne for a reported Shooting. Deputies located 39 year old Joseph Hubbard of Poolville, deceased inside of the residence from a gunshot from a rifle. There were also two other adults and children inside the residence at the time of the incident. The parties involved were known to each other. There is no danger to the public and all parties involved have been identified and the investigation is ongoing, with assistance from State Police.

Bassett Healthcare Network announced that William Streck will return to the organization to assume the role of President and CEO, following the decision by current CEO Vance Brown to step down effective April 20th, , to pursue opportunities outside of Bassett. Wright is also accused of driving with a revoked license; he was arraigned in the Town of Hamden Court & was remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $500 cash bail. Wright is to re-appear in the Town of Tompkins Court at a later date.

As a result of this traffic stop, Deputies arrested 20 year old Anthony Mastrorocco of Walton for driving while ability impaired by drugs, Unlawful possession of Marijuana and uninspected motor vehicle. He was issued appearance tickets for each charge returnable to the Town of Hamden Court on May 2nd.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 23-year-old William Effner of Hamden, on 4 counts of petty larceny and 4 counts of criminal possession of stolen property. Effner is accused of possessing a stolen credit card in the Town of Hamden and using the card for his own personal use on 4 separate occasions. Effner was arraigned and was remanded to the Delaware County jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
