The Binghamton Police Department announced the arrested of 28 year old Justin Williams of Greenville North Carolina in connection with a fatal shooting at 58 Floral Avenue Tuesday morning. Williams was charged with 2nd degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon for the shooting death of 31-year-old Victor Texidor of Binghamton. Williams was stopped by a Pennsylvania State Trooper who spotted Williams Vehicle on Interstate 81 near Gibson. Williams was arraigned in Binghamton City Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
