The 2017 Frostbite 5K will be held this Sunday, at 1:00 PM at the Oneonta YMCA. Race Day Registration & number pick up will be held at the Oneonta Family YMCA between 10:00 am & 12:30 pm, the RACE STARTS AT 1:00 PM on Market Street near The Foothills Performing Arts Center and ends at the Oneonta Family YMCA on Ford Avenue.

Residents are reminded to try to avoid Hypothermia & frostbite, by spending only short periods of time outside, Avoid higher elevations, wear items of clothing to cover all skin including Layers of synthetic or wool winter clothing, Warm socks and winter boots, Insulated, wind resistant Hat and gloves or mittens, a Scarf or ski mask as well as Goggles or glasses.
