The Rumble Ponies will open the season on the road against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats on Friday, The home opener will be on Tuesday, April 8 against the Hartford Yard Goats at Mirabito Stadium at 6:07 pm.
A.M. NEWS TUESDAY 4-1-25
The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested 58 year old Frederick Clarkson of McDonough for Strangulation, Criminal Mischief, Assault and Menacing, following a Domestic Dispute. Clarkson is accused of causing physical injury, menaced the victim with a blunt object, strangled the victim and took the victim’s phone preventing them from calling 911. Clarkson fled the scene prior to Deputies arriving and was later located in the City of Norwich and was taken into custody without incident, he was arraigned and was remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on no bail.
