State Police arrested 38-year-old Donald Moshier of Triangle, and 32-year-old Rachel Wells of Triangle for unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine after a traffic stop on State Route 11 in the town of Barker. Both were arraigned and were remanded to the Broome County Jail with no bail.

State Police arrested 55-year-old Donald Moshier of Lisle, for operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, resisting arrest, menacing, unlawful possession of marihuana and several other traffic offenses. The arrest occurred after a trooper responded to check on a driver slumped over the steering wheel of his car on Smith Hill Road in the Town of Lisle. Moshier was asleep in the driver’s seat partly parked in the roadway. Moshier physically resisted being handcuffed, & is accused of swinging a metal flashlight at the trooper, he was arraigned & was remanded to the Broome County jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 property bond.

State Troopers arrested 36-year-old Donald Moshier of Whitney Point for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.  The arrest followed an investigation by Troopers to a dispute at a residence on State Route 206 in Triangle.   Moshier alleged choked the victim during an argument, he was arraigned in the Town of Triangle Court and released, he faces court action on March 20, and an order of protection was filed against Moshier.
