The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested 3 men on drug charges.  Arrested were 31 year old Kenneth Washington, 39 year old Kenneth Graham and 19 year old Diamond Santana, during a no-knock search warrant at 32 Edwards Street in Binghamton Friday. Officer confiscated heroin, cocaine & marijuana.  Washington and Graham were arraigned in the City of Binghamton Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail; Santana was released with an appearance ticket & will return to Binghamton City Court at a later date.
