Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 23 year old Devon Kupris of Davenport for driving with a revoked driver’s license. Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop last night in Delhi , Deputies determined that Kupris' privileges to operate a motor vehicle had been revoked on 5 prior dates and that he was required to have an interlock device installed on any vehicle that he operated due to previous alcohol-related charges. Kupris was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating out of interlock restriction, plus several other traffic violations, he was released on traffic summonses and was directed to appear at the town of Delhi court at a later date to answer the charges.

22 year old Devon Kupris of Kortright was convicted of Driving While Intoxicated in the Town of Kortright Local Criminal Court Tuesday, he pleaded guilty from an incident in January when a Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputy attempted to help a vehicle on the roadside, Kupris was exhibiting signs of impairment, he pleaded guilty to DWI & Was sentenced to a 1-year conditional discharge and ordered that he install an ignition interlock device on any vehicle he owns or operates, his license was revoked for 6 months and he was ordered to attend a victim impact panel and an Impaired Drivers’ Program, If he fails to comply, he could be re-sentenced to 1 year in jail.

Delaware County Sheriff's Office arrested 22 year old Devon Kupris of Davenport after Deputies responded Saturday to a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 23 in Davenport, Kupris’s driving privileges were revoked for 3 speeding violations or misdemeanors in 18 months. Kupris was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI .18% or higher, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator & Leaving the Scene of a Property Damaged Accident, he was released on appearance tickets returnable at an later date to the Town of Kortright Court.
