State Police arrested 42 year old David Hook & 41 year old David Alleyne, both of Delhi for Criminal Mischief, Auto stripping, Falsifying Business Records & Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, after an investigation into the theft of catalytic converters from vehicles at a private residence in the town of Delhi. Hook allegedly took a stolen catalytic converter to Otsego Auto Crushers in the town of Davenport and signed a receipt that he was the owner of the stolen catalytic converter, Alleyne was found to be in possession of a stolen catalytic converter, Both men were issued appearance tickets and released & will appear in the Davenport & Delhi Town Courts shortly.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 36-year-old David Alleyne of Delhi Friday on charges of operating a vehicle without an attached front license plate, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop in the Village of Delhi. Alleyne was arraigned and was remanded to the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $1000 bail.

Delaware County Deputies arrested 36-Year-old David Alleyne of Delhi for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, following a traffic stop in the Village of Delhi. Alleyne was also issued traffic tickets for uninspected motor vehicle, operating out of class, and unregistered motorcycle, he was arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court and released on his own recognize to return on June 7th.

Delaware County Sheriff Deputy’s investigated a 1-car motor vehicle fire Friday on Catskill Turnpike road near ELK Creek road in the town of Meredith. The car belonging to 32 year old David Alleyne of Delhi started smoking while he was operating the vehicle. Alleyne then attempted to extinguish the fire with water but was unable to do so and exited the vehicle before it became fully engulfed in flames. No injuries were reported.
