State Police responded Wednesday to an SUV Rollover accident on Frost Hill Road in the town of Plainfield, where the vehicle driven by 28 year old Amber Brown of Rome went off the roadway, struck an embankment and partially overturned. 3 year old Amina Estrada was pronounced dead at the scene, 2 adults & 4 children in the Estrada family were taken to Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Utica for further medical care. The accident is still under investigation.
This Sunday would have been the 7th birthday of Trinity O'Connor of Sidney, the little girl who died from cancer earlier this year. The Trinity O'Connor Foundation will celebrate her birthday Sunday at 4:00 PM at Keith Clark Park, spokesperson Kim Ayres explains:

Ayres said that the donated Toys & Gift Cards will be brought to the Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, and if more items are donated than anticipated, they will be brought to the Children's Hospital in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, 2 hospitals where Trinity O'Connor received treatment.

The Chenango County Sheriff's Office has received numerous complaints involving a scam that is occurring nationwide. The callers are identifying themselves as Chenango County Sheriff's Office personnel and informing people by phone that they have an active arrest warrant and requesting gift cards be sent to rectify the outstanding warrant. Chenango County Sheriff's Office personnel will never call to request money or gift cards for any criminal matters.

McLean is approximately 5’10 feet tall, and weighs approximately 190 pounds, he was wearing blue hoodie, shorts, brown slippers with socks, & was carrying a black backpack. Chenango Arts Council’s annual Chenango Student Art Show will take place starting today through March 31st, it will open with a reception and awards ceremony beginning at 5:30 pm, today. The show award have First, Second and Honorable Mention places in various categories & 2 scholarships will be awarded for Chenango County seniors intending to pursue a degree in the Arts. The exhibit will be displayed in the Mariea Brown and Raymond Loft Galleries, located at the Chenango Arts Council, 27 West Main Street, Norwich.
6 year old Trinity O'Connor of Sidney passed away Tuesday following a battle with cancer throughout her young life, Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 PM today, at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St. Sidney. There will be a Sidney Warrior Community Send Off with Firetrucks & a Motorcycles brigade beginning at 9:00 AM on Saturday. Community Members are invited to line the procession route from the Landers Funeral Chapel, up West Main Street, to Delaware Avenue to the Old Amphenol Parking Lot. All Motorcycle Rides are welcome to take part in the "O'Connor Strong" Motorcycle ride to Earlville & back, following the community procession.

Delaware County Sheriff Deputies arrested 63 year old Alan
Brown of East Meredith for Criminal possession of a controlled substance &
promoting Prison Contraband, Brown is accused of possessing cocaine while being
processed into the Delaware County Jail on unrelated charges.   Brown was arraigned in the Town of Delhi
Court and remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail. Brown
is to reappear in the Town of Delhi Court at a later date.

State Police issued 13,038 tickets and arrested 259 people
for impaired driving during the St. Patrick's Day weekend impaired driving
crackdown. The STOP-DWI initiative started on Friday, March 15 and continued
through Monday, March 18th.  During the
2018 campaign, Troopers issued nearly 12,959 total tickets and arrested 243
motorists for impaired driving.

A Chenango County Grand Jury will convene shortly to hear the cases against James Brower and Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding. Both men are accused of raping & murdering 11 year old Jacelyn O'Connor in their Norwich Trailer July 30th. Brower faced court action in Norwich yesterday, where it was determined that there was enough evidence against the men to send the case to a Grand Jury. Both men are being held without bail in the Chenango County Jail pending Grand Jury Action.
The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for 18-year-old Noah Venth-Costick, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for Grand Larceny. The Broome County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that 7-year-old Connor Brown of Conklin has died. After he & his 8-year-old brother were playing outside and walked onto the ice.   Connor fell through the ice, his mother & brother tried to rescue him & also fell through the ice. Neighbors pulled the mother and brother to safety, but Connor had been swept under the ice by the current. The boy’s body was located just north of where he fell into the river by a Conklin fireman, he was transported to Wilson Hospital, but efforts to revive him were unsuccessful. Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies are still investigating.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Office investigated a fatal 1-car motor vehicle accident on State Highway 10 in the Town of Hamden. 48 Year old Kelvin McKnight of Walton and a passenger, 23 year old James Spain of Walton were traveling north on State Highway 10 in the Town of Hamden near the intersection of County Highway 26 when the vehicle veered to the left and drove off the highway where the vehicle then struck a tree. McKnight was transported to O’Connor Hospital in Delhi where he later died from the injuries sustained in the accident. Spain was transported to Delaware Valley Hospital in Walton for evaluation and treatment. The accident remains under investigation.
State Police are investigating a bank robbery at the Peoples Security Bank in Conklin, police are looking for a white male subject, thin build, approximately 5 foot 10 inches tall, He was last seen wearing a brown or reddish knit hat with a single stripe at the bottom along with a tan and red plaid scarf wrapped around his face, wearing black framed glasses. The suspect was last seen in a Maroon Ford Taurus with a gold New York State license plate, the last 2 digits possibly being 66.

20-year-old Connor Casabonne and 20-year-old Bryan Lemoine of Schoharie have been arrested in an investigation into two burglaries in the town of Schoharie.  Casabonne and Lemoine were each charged with 2 counts of 2nd burglary Friday by state Police, 1 of the burglarized homes is the residence of State Assemblyman Pete Lopez. Casabonne and Lemoine were arraigned & were remanded to the Schoharie County Jail on bail.
Binghamton City police are looking for a 25-year-old Michael Pruitt of Binghamton an arrest warrant from Binghamton City Court for third-degree criminal mischief.  Pruitt is described as white, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 170 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes, anyone with information is asked to contact the Binghamton Police Warrant Division at 772-7044.
