Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival has announced the 2023 Francis K. Wilcox Emerging Young Artist Scholarship winner, Tiannah Dean-Anderson of Oxford High School. Tiannah will be awarded $350 at the Festival’s Award’s Breakfast on the Sunday morning of Colorscape, where she will receive a gift certificate for Golden Artist Colors products and the opportunity to display and sell her work in a booth provided by Colorscape. The 2023 Colorscape will be held rain or shine on September 9-10 in East and West Parks in Norwich.
The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce is seeking public comments regarding their study with various entities, into a public transportation system to accommodate the rural nature of the county, & the difficulty of many to get to & from County employers, Chamber President Ray Pucci explains:

Sidney Village Police department arrested 6 people following a lengthy narcotics investigation. Charged were 37-year-old Richard Swislosky of Sidney, 30-year-old Stacey Dibble of Bainbridge, 56-year-old Bradley Winner of Mount Upton, 44-year-old Louella Schoener & 31 year old Rebecca Schoener of Greene and Mary Cutting of Unadilla on a variety of drug charges. All were arraigned in Delaware county court & were remanded to the Delaware county jail without bail pending future court action.
