Governor Cuomo today had former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg teleconferenced into his daily Coronavirus briefing, Bloomberg said that his Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Bloomberg School of Public Health at John Hopkins University, Vital Strategies & “Resolve To Save Lives” are teaming up with others, to for a "Tracing Army" to investigate those who came in contact with the latest people to test positive for the Coronavirus:

State Budget Director Robert Mujica discussed the issue of Child Care and summer camps, as Phase 1 is implemented to send back the first group of workers, who have children at home:

New York State now has over 304,000 cases of the Coronavirus, with over 11,500 hospitalized, and another 306 deaths Wednesday bringing the state death toll to 18,321.

New York State now has over 304,000 cases of the Coronavirus, with over 11,500 hospitalized, and another 306 deaths Wednesday bringing the state death toll to 18,321.
Governor Cuomo announced that now that the state has an agreement with the Federal Government on doubling their testing, they will have to then ramp up their tracing of potential Coronavirus cases based on finding new positives, which is part of the plan to get New Yorkers back to work:

Governor Cuomo said that fromer New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg and Bloomberg Philanthropies have committed 10 Million dollars for organizational support and technical assistance to help build and execute the tracing program, in coordination with the downstate region as well as New Jersey and Connecticut, The program will launch immediately, the federal government is also committing 1.3 Billion dollars for the tracing program, which is expected to lead to hundreds of new jobs.
