Delsa McEwan, the mother of Anielle "AK" McEwan Lomnicki, has filed a lawsuit In Delaware County Supreme Court, against a number of people in relation to the February 15th incident where the 14 year old was run down by a car allegedly driven by Courtni Baker in Sidney. The lawsuit is filed against Baker, Baker's mother Theresa Baker who owned the vehicle, plus Ermeti's Community Lounge, owner Joe Ermeti and bar manager Laura Huntley. The Lawsuit claims that Community Lounge Staff should have stopped serving Courtni Baker that day, That Theresa Baker should not have allowed her daughter to operate the car while intoxicated, and against Baker for driving the vehicle into the Sidney Teenager. The case was filed on April 18th.

Following the FDA authorization and CDC'S recommendation, Children 6 months to 4 years of age are eligible for 3 shots of the Pfizer vaccine, the initial 2 doses are administered 3 weeks apart, followed by a 3rd dose administered at least 8 weeks later, Children 6 months to 5 years of age are eligible for 2 shots of the Moderna vaccine, given 1 month apart.
